To troubleshoot errors within app, we will need access to CountThings from Photos log files from your mobile app.
To access the log files:
- Go to More.
- Tap About.
- Tap 3 times on the CountThings logo.
- A pop up with log files will appear. Select Run Both tests.
- After running the tests, there will appear several methods to share the log.
Use the email method and send the log to support@countthings.com.
