Can I transfer my current license to another device?

We can transfer the active licenses to new devices at no charge for the following cases:

  • You purchased the license for a different device then the one intended;
  • Your device is lost or malfunctioning;
  • You are switching over to a new or better device.

To transfer your license:

  1. Download and install the latest version of the CountThings from Photos app from CountThings.com#download (Windows, iOS, Android) on the new device you want to use.
  2. Email us your “Account Email” and the new “Device Code” at support@CountThings.com.
  3. We will remotely transfer the license and send you an email with the confirmation.
  4. To verify the transferred license, click “Account” from within the CountThings from Photos app on your device.
